The influence of work attitude, work communication and work environment on employee performance

The purpose of this research is to examine how the influence work attitude, communication, and environment on employee performance. Use a saturated sample 52 PT MATU workers in Pasuruan City, Indonesia. SPSS 23 was used for data analysis. results study are as follows: has no significant effect performance, attitude communication have performance three variables simultaneously findings add knowledge about relationship between workplace attitudes,
